Requests & confirmations

An appointment request is not a confirmed booking and does not reserve a time. Please wait for the studio’s confirmation before visiting. When instant booking is enabled, your appointment is confirmed after the required deposit is successfully processed, or immediately if no deposit is required.

Prices & deposits

Service prices and durations are shown in the menu. Prices marked “+” are starting prices; the studio confirms the final total for your treatment. Deposits are credited toward the service balance. Ask the studio about any refund or transfer request before paying. Training sessions and complex corrections may require individual scheduling.

Cancellations

A 10% cancellation fee applies to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. A 30% fee applies to no-shows. Contact the studio at (313) 502-3206 to request a change or cancellation. This website does not automatically charge these fees.

Existing appointments

If you already have an appointment, contact the studio before making a duplicate request. Existing payments and deposits remain associated with your original booking until the studio reconciles them.
