Your appointment information

We collect the name, email address, phone number, treatment, preferred appointment time and notes you submit so the studio can respond to your request and manage your appointment. Please do not include medical information or card details in your notes.

Storage & payments

Appointment information is stored on the studio’s website server and accessible through a protected studio dashboard. When online payments are enabled, Square processes card details through its secure embedded form. The studio does not receive or store your full card number. Square’s own privacy practices apply to payment processing.

Cookies & service providers

The site uses an essential session cookie for studio sign-in and browser session storage to recover an unfinished payment. Hosting and network providers may process technical access logs. The site does not include advertising trackers. Links to Instagram or maps open those services separately.
